We offer HTS and Supervisor positions in various types of group home settings as well as Job Coach positions in our Vocational Program. We are always here – days, nights and weekends. That makes us flexible. We are on the small side with under 30 locations. That keeps us special. We have been in operation since 1988. That makes us experienced. New to the field? Job Opportunities
Residential
Our Residential careers assist individuals with their daily living supports while living in their own homes. We hire DSP staff (Direct Support Professionals) and House Supervisors. Each of our clients has their own individualized care plan which determines the scope of services that we provide. Some clients need minor support and some need more. Vocational
The goal of our Vocational program is to place every client in a job that works for their skills, abilities and goals. The Job Coaches we hire assist our clients in maintaining their own employment opportunities and to be more confident and successful in their vocational pursuits.
